By booking any lace installation service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
As an allergen list is provided-We are not liable for any adverse reactions, damages, issues or injury that may occur before, during, or after the service. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions to products used, scalp irritation, hair damage, or any other unforeseen outcomes including but not limited too slips&falls on the premises. It is the client’s responsibility to review all products and ingredients used before the service and to ensure they are not allergic or sensitive to any listed materials. (Find Allergy List on Website or Instagram Highlight named FYI)
A full list of products and potential allergens is available upon request and should be carefully reviewed prior to your appointment.
Payment of the required deposit secures your booking and constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full Terms and Conditions below, including this disclaimer and our allergy policy. Once the deposit has been paid, these terms are considered legally binding.
We strongly recommend that all clients read the full Terms and Conditions in detail before making a booking.

Terms & Conditions - ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
We require 1 WEEK NOTICE ahead of your booking-If an appointment is requested within the coming week (5days) its an extra £15 for Last Minute Appointment
A 50% deposit of the total is to be paid to secure your appointment- deposits are non-refundable

We also sell bows and hair accessories please specify if you would like a certain bow type

To open out of hours MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY
FRIDAY it is an extra cost of £20
Home Installs are available- BRIKKYHAIR comes to your home to do your hair depending on location from £30
We require ONE WEEK notice before your appointment date to prepare your Human Hair wig
Please come to your appointment with your hair washed and detangled ready to be blown out / braided / slicked
Please bring your SHADE OF FOUNDATION too the installation appointment
If your wig is being bleached before install please send / drop the wig at least 2 DAYS BEFORE your appointment
After a 15 minute grace period you'll be charged an additional
£20 late fee if you arrive after this time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late with no explanation your appointment will be cancelled but you may reschedule
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE unless we cancel on you (Which shall never happen )

Installs can take anywhere from 1-2.30hours
Hair must be at least 3cm for braiding a if not it will be gelled down on arrival
If your hair/ skin is OILY, I will have too decline the install on the day because the glue will not last on the oil and it will make your wig cap slide back
If your hair is dirty (Matted/Clumped together with dirt) I will have to decline the install
If you have quite a large head, please ensure you buy the correct size wig
If you are tenderheaded and you continuously stop the braiding process you'll be charged extra
No eating in the Salon
Hair accessories such as bows / beads / pins / clips available at the salon
LATENESS & CANVELLATIONS
When dropping off the wig:
• Please notify us if you will be more than 15 minutes late when dropping off the hair
• If you are more than 1 hour late with no explanation you will need to reschedule your drop off time
When coming to your appointment at the salon:
£20 LATE FEE If you are more than 15 minutes late
After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled but you will be able to reschedule it for £15
All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• If you amend WITHIN 72 hours you will be able to reschedule
AFTER 72 hours you will not be able to reschedule
If cancelling your deposit will be kept as Cancellation Fee and you will need to rebook with a new deposit
PAYMENT DISCLAIMER
We take payment (Bank
Transfer/Paypal/Cash) at the end of the hair install process, if you were to be unable to pay for either your hair unit or your install, we will remove the wig and take back the hair unit (If you have bought one from us NOT if you've provided your own) We will also blacklist you from ever getting a wig installed by Tee.
