By booking any lace installation service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions below.
Payment of the required deposit secures your booking and constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full Terms and Conditions below including our allergy policy. Once the deposit has been paid it is non-refundable, these terms are considered legally binding.
We strongly recommend that all clients read the FULL Terms and Conditions page in detail before making a booking.

-All deposits are non-refundable but you have 72 hours to be able to reschedule before your deposit is kept as a cancellation fee
-Wigs must be returned in perfect condition in order to receive a full refund, If hair purchased from BRIKKYHAIR has been altered you will not receive a refund
-Custom-made wigs are non-refundable as they are made on request
-If we cancel your appointment you will receive a full refund or you may reschedule for a discounted install
LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
When dropping off the wig:
• Please notify us if you will be more than 15 minutes late when dropping off the hair
• If you are more than 1 hour late with no explanation you will need to reschedule your drop off time
When coming to your appointment at the salon:
£20 LATE FEE If you are more than 15 minutes late
After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled but you will be able to reschedule it for £15
All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• If you amend WITHIN 72 hours you will be able to reschedule
AFTER 72 hours you will not be able to reschedule
If cancelling your deposit will be kept as Cancellation Fee and you will need to rebook with a new deposit
WHEN PURCHASING A WIG
Processed human hair wigs: if you are not happy with your wig you must return your wig within one week of its arrival.
The wig must be returned brand-new and unworn in the same condition that you received it
You will be provided the return address to send the wig back to the salon with TRACKED NOT SIGNED POSTAGE only once it's arrived to the salon and it is inspected,
You will be FULLY refunded if the wig comes back in perfect condition.
Raw hair / Custom-made wigs are nonrefundable as they are made on request.
PAYMENT DISCLAIMER
We take payment (BankTransfer/Paypal/Cash)
Wigs must be paid in full before installation
After your deposit is paid you must pay the remainder at the end of the hair install process, if you were to be unable to pay for your install, we will remove the wig
We will also blacklist you from ever getting a wig installed by BRIKKYHAIR.
